Italy Tour T4 – Florence, Lucca, Pisa e Siena – vuole darvi un buon assaggio delle bellezze paesaggistiche di alcune città e campagne della Toscana, of some of the numerous and valuable works of art that contain, and their food and wine: vuole essere una premessa per successivi approfondimenti.

1Day – Florence and the Uffizi: Arrival and first guided tour of the historic center, the Uffizi Gallery, with lunch of typical downtown. Transfer to Lucca, for dinner and overnight.

2Day – Dopo colazione visita guidata della città murata di Lucca all’interno della sue imponenti mura rinascimentali. After lunch at restaurant, escursione alla volta di Pisa, to visit the center and admire the magnificent monumental complex of Piazza dei Miracoli, testimony to the greatness of the ancient Maritime Republic, with the Cathedral, the Baptistery and the leaning tower for which the city is famous. Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay in Lucca.

3Day – Dopo la colazione, check out, e partenza per San Gimignano, a rich medieval village, as witnessed by his 15 towers, remained intact in its structure Lunch at restaurant. Nel pomeriggio trasferimento nella vicina Siena, the city famous for the Palio faces held twice a year, where we will follow a first guided tour (Piazza del Campo, Cathedral) to observe the urban structure of this city and admire fourteenth relevant examples of Romanesque-Gothic. 4Day: After breakfast, throughout the morning goes on a guided tour of Siena, admiring in some buildings also the internal architecture and major works of art they contain (Hospital of Santa Maria della Scala and the Cathedral Museum, St. John the Baptist and the "Baptistery" Siena, with works by Jacopo Della Quercia and Donatello) . Pranzo in un agriturismo e breve visita ai resti dell’antica abbazia cistercense di San Galgano, important medieval monastic center. Hermitage near, on the hill of Montesiepi, you can still see the sword in the rock that would have been stuck by San Galgano Guidotti. Return to Florence and end of tour.
